Let's work together to practise and refine what you've learned in two […]

Who’s in control?
Bullying in all its forms, can be subtle at first, especially in a close relationship where behaviour can swing from very loving, to very controlling. Sadly, people who know you really well, know exactly where to poke a stick at your insecurities to keep you off balance enough to doubt yourself and keep you small.
How can we change the narrative? How can we empower people to come out from the shadows of #coercivecontrol?
1. Understanding what it is and how it shows up in our daily life.
2. Calling it out for what it is.
(A person with power who exerts that power unfairly and causes psychological harm in some way from burnout to break down. )
3. Educating our teenagers to understand the peaks and troughs of 'Love Bombing' - totally in love one minute, super-critical the next.
