Substitution & cancellation policy
If, after booking, you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place. If the substitute is not in the same membership category that was originally booked, i.e. a non-member replaces a member, an additional fee may be due to reflect the correct rate for the substitute delegate to attend.
Please advise substitutions via email. Substitutions can only be made up to 24 hours before the start of the event.
If you cannot attend and would like a refund, requests must be in writing to elena@developmental.net.au The effective date is the date of dispatch.
Cancellation more than 30 days before the Event: 100% refund of the fees
- Cancellation 30 days or less, but more than 14 days, before the Event: 80% refund of the fees
- Cancellation 14 days or less before the Event: no refund
NB: For refunds on bookings made online through an agency like Humantix or Eventbrite, (for cancellations which meet the criteria above), refunds will be made via that agency.
Refunds may take up to 10 days.
