She is passionate about speaking out against coercive control, harassment and bullying and as a speaker, Mental Health First Aid and Working with Resilience trainer, she promotes the business case for creating a mentally healthy workplace.

In her spare time, she’s a kayaking instructor and you’ll often find her taking people out on the Swan River.

This year she is launching not only two books “Working Mothers Inspiring Others” and “Working Dads and balancing acts” but also a new programme called ‘Mindful Teens.”

So often we think of the parental balancing act as something that ceases when children get to their teens but support is never more needed than when that hormonal change happens.

It’s not easy being a women in what might be seen as predominantly a ‘mans’ world’. That’s changing slowly but it really is a tough gig.
